Allowing the radar to be operate no its base or back

The prototypes all appear to be inclined for viewing from above, so they can be set at desk level. If they were flipped onto their back, and turned around, they would now be at a steeper angle, suitable for better viewing at eye level. So they could work on a shelf next to a desk, rather than only on the desk itself.
